What We Do
We use only Ez Feeders, these are super easy to clean, and they look nice and don't rust! We use 32 oz bottles, and 20 oz crocks are used for water (mainly litters on the crocks plus bottles).
All our rabbits are fed 16% Shar Kare feed, it is green, fresh and always available. We've been able to get this feed after only being made 2-3 days before! All the rabbits get orchard grass, or regular 1st cut hay once a day. This spring we are feeding a regular 1st cut grass hay that is extra coarse, as the Orchard grass right now is full of alfalfa! Not good for babies!
We make up a conditioning mix, and each rabbit gets anywhere from 1/4 tsp to a tbsp depending on the age of each rabbits (babies get 1/4 tsp, adults get 1 tbsp).
