"Guess what, The solid senior doe (out of Cassady X As You Like It) took BOB! I had to change her tatoo to
SBA. When we were at Nationals we had to tattoo her and I didn't have the
pedigree but I remembered the SB so I made her SBA and the lilac SBB. It
was all I could think of on short notice since I forgot to tattoo til right
before they went on the table.
Anyway she won!!! Also country boy took a first and the lilac took a couple
of firsts. Uno Kivi particularly liked the lilac. Said it was the best he
had ever seen.

I wanted to let you know that I am really glad that it is you that has purchased Godiva, Q and Turtle. I have always heard great things about you and your sister! I know that the rabbits will be well taken care of (which is very important to me). I hope that you enjoy them. Turtle is a riot, he has the personality of a grump old man! He is loves to pull things into his cage to chew (his favourite being clothing). He was my first Mini Lop, and I picked him out of a litter at Jess`s the day he was born. I was really luck that he turned out so well! I think that I am underestimating how hard it will be to see them go, but like I said, it helps knowing they will be well taken care of. If Turtle wasn`t such a nice rabbit, we would have kept him as a pet, but he deserves to live the life of a stud! He is far too pretty to sit here and make googly eyes at our dogs! lol..."

Jersey has been coming in 2nd (3X), 3rd (2x) and 5th. It was between her and a Velotta Doe that each needed one leg on Saturday in Yakima (class of 18). The judge took forever to decide…Velotta’s. We decided to breed her to Matty, a GC from Nicole’s line.
Ty won a leg in Oregon; I thought it may be a fluke, but he looks GREAT now. He is the best looking buck we have and he won a leg BOSV on Saturday (large classes). He is IMPRESSIVE and weighs just 5-12!!!"

"The broken chin steel buck you sold us Posey's Charlie SB24 took second in both shows against top breeders in Lancaster Ca. (There was no youth show).
Our REW doe , Posey's Mae SB90, took 5th and 6th out of 10. but she got rave reviews from other breeders. Our second judge was a newbee.*Edited to add* Posey's Mae wins Best of Variety at Mini lop nationals in youth!
Have you ever heard of Chris DeSurra?He was there , so our bunnies competed against his. He liked our bunnies, and we bought two more from him. So, we should end up having some pretty darn good kits out of all these sweet bunnies.."

I just returned from Warren, Manitoba with some fantastic news for you! There were only three mini lops at the show, Milky, Zeke and Flick (the smoke pearl junior :) Beautiful condition, coats... I won two BEST IN SHOWS!!!! Milky Way under Sande Drevlow (sp?) and Flick under Cliff Dick!!! Congrats on the wonderful breeding and thank you for the opportunity to own such fine animals. And guess who Milky is going to be bred to ;)

"Hey Kim and Christina!
Just thought I would let you know how Victoria's first show went. We showed her in the youth class at Monterey this weekend. There were only 14 rabbits entered in the youth class and I had half of them.lol. In the first show she got a first and BOSB. The 2nd show she got first and BOB. I then entered a few rabbits in the open specialty show with about 68 mini lops and she got second in her class to a beautiful doe owned by Kassi Sieber. I was really proud of the results from the specialty show. I had a solid junior doe that took first out of 16. Then another that took 5 out of 16.I also had a Solid sr. buck that took 2nd in his class. I was shocked that I could compete that well with the open breeders. Thanks again for Victoria. I am expecting many more wins from her as she matures! Thanks!"

They are awesome does, thanks so much. I cant be happier. It was really nice of Stan and Kathy to transport for us. We went ahead and payed them $20 for transport since we wanted to make sure all was right. So please just keep the extra and apply it to the truck payment, as its the least we can do for everything. Did think of you guys everytime I passed by the Dairy Queen in Ellensburg this weekend :).
Keep your eye out for a quality herd buck, as I would like to add another besides Blake (preferably solid).

I got to pick the lops up from Mandy that night and the pedigrees came on Tuesday. I did palpitate Jadyn and she felt like she was going to kindle any day or in the next week, so I had my mom put a box in with her just in case as she even looked pregnant. I loved both does and they look really nice. My mom even likes them, which is a good thing considering she has to take care of them while I am here in Moscow for school.

I have really really good news!
I went to a show on the weekend and James won BOB in both shows out of 27 rabbits!
And then, he won RIS out of 116 rabbits!
He has 6 legs now, so he is a GC, and I should be receiving those papers soon, and I also registered him! We are so happy, and you should be too!
I am interested in taking Alec, now that I know your stock kicks butt (one judge said James was the best buck he's ever seen!! He wrote it on his registration papers!!! Just as a herd buck since I know he hurt his ear bad. I also like the sable point buck (out of Eggman and Ashley) on your for sale page, is he as nice as the picture?! Mom loves his sister and would probably like to buy her too..

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. I just had a house full of 18 people. It went really well. Lots of help.
I have named the two bunnies Jack and Jill. I am so in love with those little ones. Thank-you so much for bringing bunnies back into my life. I had thought about it for a long time, and I knew that when I did finally decided to get more, they would be from the both of you. You absolutely raise quality rabbits. They are so sweet. They sit up on their back legs for me to pick them up. If anyone asks me where to find quality rabbits, I have no problem telling them to absolutely buy them from you.
Oh and the little rat we call Charlie is a real sweetie. I never thought I could fall for a rat, but I am smitten. Him and his new girl friend are due to have a litter in a couple of weeks.

I was reading the care sheet and it says not to give him veggies yet? We did give him some lettuce last night and a carrot and he seemed to love it of course lol but should we wait for a little while before giving it to him?

Thank you for sending the pedigrees -importing worked (so much easier than typing it all out :-). What does the Posey's mean -is that the rabbity where you got them from? or should the 2 little ones be Sunny Brook's?
Your rabbitry is fabulous -did you just have a major cleaning day or is it always so clean and tidy -I've seen a few other larger rabbitries and they weren't nearly as well kept as yours. I only had 18 (now we have 22 :-) in my shed and I find it takes time to keep everything in order and I don't even have to drive to the rabbitry.
I would really like to take you up on your offer to come again (I would like to bring Andrew so that he gets an idea re helping me set things up a bit better in our shed and it would be so much easier to show than try and explain), I really like the idea of hanging two layers rather than stacking 3 high, and your waste trays are awesome! He should be moving here in the beginning of Dec., so maybe we can arrange a visit sometime next month.
